I found this very easy to use! remember to backup any files you plan to edit!
Ps. You can edit and use the one & the same file! EG. open "yourfile.tga" (as the file to get textures from) and open "yourfile.tga" (as the texture file to edit) this saves you from any mistakes when overwriting a texture (it will still be in the left window!)
